OPEN TO ALL POETS from the following ALABAMA BLACK BELT COUNTIES: Bullock, Choctaw, Dallas, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Perry, Pickens, Sumter, and Wilcox.
CASH PRIZES for the top 3 poems: 1st $400, 2nd $200, 3rd $100
